perimeter= 2(l+b)

                =2(x+2x/3)

                = 10x/3

given, perimeter=200m

therefore,

200=10x/3

x= 200x3/10

x=600/10

x=60m

length= 60m

breadth= two third of x

            = 2x60/3

            = 40m
