plz answer, if anyone is lawyer.

The person has khaata for the lands from 21 years. His Blood relation comes to ask the land. Is they get a land? and also answer why?

No , because his blood relation is lost from 21 years . This is not correct . The person is honour of the land and he take care of the land from 21 years . But his blood relation come when he need money . If he help that person in take care of land then he is correct to ask for the land.
