i do not know whether this is 100% right or not

Answer:1) 10cm^2

2) 60cm^2

Step-by-step explanation:

2) in triangle BCQ,

as we know that area of triangle = 1/2 *b*h

and area of CPQ =20cm^2

We also know that the ratio of base of triangle CPQ to base of triangle BPQ

is 2:1

therefore,

total = 2x + x = 3x

so area of BCQ= 30cm^2

But as DQ line passes through P, triangle BCQ= 1/2ABCD

So ABCD = 30*2=60cm^2

1) Area of triangle between parallels= 1/2 area of parallelogram,

thus triangle ADC= 1/2 OF ABCD= 30cm^2

area of triangle DCQ=area of triangle ADC(same base between same parallels)

thus it is also 30cm^2

given TRIANGLE PCQ= 20cm^2

so, subracting it from 30,

we get area of triangle CDP=10cm^2
