⟹ Length of 1st paper = 15cm

⟹ 5mm = 5/10 = 1/2 cm

⟹ Number of cuts = 15/½ = 30

⟹ Length of 2nd paper = 5cm

⟹ Number of cuts = 5/1/10 = 5×10 = 50

⟹ Difference = 50 - 30 = 20
