 (\frac{3}{2} m +  \frac{2}{3} n)( \frac{3}{2} m -  \frac{2}{3} n)

( { \frac{3}{2}m })^{2}  - ({ \frac{2}{3} n})^{2}

 \frac{9}{4} {m}^{2}  -  \frac{4}{9}  {n}^{2}
