very nice question
thank you

LCM(a,b) = 1000 = 2^3 *5^3

That means either a consist 3 twos or b contain 3 twos

Or one of a and b consist 3 twos and other one consist less than or equal to 3 twos

Twos

a 0|1|2|3 | 3

b 3|3|3|0,1,2|3

Total cases are 7

Same as with fives

LCM(b,c) = 2000= 2^4*5^3

Since two in b are less than or equal to 3 thus two in c must be 4

But for 5 again same

LCM(c,a) = 2000= 2^4*5^3

This case same as second case

Out of a,b,c two of them must consist 3 fives and the left one can consist any number of five from 0 to 2 and other one can also consist three fives

. . . Fives . . .

a |3 . |3 . |0,1,2|3|

b |3 . |0,1,2| 3 |3|

c|0,1,2|3 . | 3 |3|

Total no. Of cases = 10

Thus ordered no. Of pairs = 7*10 = 70
