Life is only what you perceive of it. Life or rather reality is non biased and devoid of any judgements. Every label put on life, is from the perceiver's end. Life is as it is.
Everyone's life has challenges and the ones you see at the top with relatively less challenge have worked hard to make that happen. No generation of mankind has been able to evade challenges. All of them had unique ones and each more difficult than the other. But we learn, grow and constantly adapt.
Agreed there are so many challenges in life but being a victim you are surrendering your power to change those circumstances or be the best you can be in those circumstances by moaning and inaction. The leader will continuously look for situations where he can grab control from those external circumstances for even a small time, if maybe, to make things work in his favour. In doing so, he gets more fulfillment and joy out of life.
