IMPORTANCE OF PHYSICAL FITNESS AMONG STUDENTS
Now a days the children are becoming lazy and dull while science and technology is developing. So, children or the youth of today must focus on their fitness and physical strength. Day by day many students get faint during assembly or outside activity because of less stamina. Students are not playing and hence lost its stamina by playing video games and watching television all the day. It destroy you and your brain along with your body. Studies are not only future but if you are fit and good in studies then your studies might help you.
There are many physical fitness methods to make you fit and make your body flexible.You must do yoga and aerobics or karate or play some outdoor games like badminton, cricket,football,volleyball,etc. Students not use their leisure time in physical activity but in lazy activity. Sitting at home not make you fit but make you hospitality.
As you all know that ‘ Health is wealth’ then it must have meaning. If you have wealth but your body is not fit then you may fall ill at that time wealth couldn't do anything. But if you are both healthy and wealthy then you will be happy in your life and enjoying it.
Therefore Physical fitness in students is very much necessary and water too as it make your future shine and bright. Every student must do exercise at least for 5 to 10 minutes.
