plz answer the question.... when boilers of Water used for a longer time than white layer gets deposited on inside the boiler how can the white layer be removed?

Yes,the layer can be removed by rubbing it

When hard water is used in these bioilers, then white scum of salts present in the hard water gets deposited inside the boilers making a white layer. These white layers can be removed by washing the boilers with dil. HCl acid.
