======================

nth term = ( An = 3 + 2n)

First term = ( A1 = 3 + 2(1)) = 5

Second term = ( A2 = 3 + 2(2) ) = 7

And , Common difference = (7 - 5) = 2

So , we have , A = 5 , D = 2

sn \:  =  \:  \frac{n}{2}  \:  ( \: 2a \:  +  \: (n \:  - 1)d) \\  \\ sn \:  =  \:  \frac{24}{2}  \: ( \: 2 \times 5 \:  +  \: (24 - 1)2) \\  \\ sn \:  = 12 \: (10 \:  +  \: 23(2)) \\  \\ sn \:  =  \: 12(10 \:  +  \: 46) \\  \\ sn \:  =  \: 12(56) \:  =  \: 672

So sum of first 24 term is 672
