So, perimeter of circle A = 2 x 22/7 x x/3

and perimeter of circle B = 2 x 22/7 x x

Now, 2 x 22/7 x x / 2 x 22/7 x x/3

       = 44x/7 / 44x/21

       = 44x/7 x 21/44x

       = 1/7 x 21/1

       = 1/1 x 3/1

       = 3

So, circle A will revolve 3 times
