Explanation:

1) KCl ( Potassium Chloride )

The valency of potassium is +1 and Chlorine is -1.

2) HBr ( Hydrogen Bromide )

The valency if Hydrogen here is 1 since hydrogen is reacting with a non metal and for Bromine it is 1.

3) MgBr2 (Magnesium Bromide )

The valency of Magnesium is 2. Im order to stable Magneisum there should be 2 Bromine to satisfy the valency of magnesium. Here valency of Bromine is 1

4) K2O (Potassium Oxide )

The valency of potassium is +1 and since Oxygen valency is 2 so we need to Atoms of potassium in order to make the compound stable. Here, the valency of Oxygen is 2.

5) NaH ( Sodium Hydride )

The valency of Sodium is 1. Here, Hydrogen valency is 1. Since, Metals are donars and therefore they donate electron.

6) CaCl2 ( Calcium Chloride )

The valency of Calcium is 2. The valency if Chlorine is 1.

7) CCl4 ( Carbon Tetra Chloride )

The valency of Carbon is 4. Therefore, Carbon has the capacity to make 4 bond and stable himself. The valency if Chlorine is 1. Bcoz of it has 7 electron in the outermost shell and accoding to its electronic configuration its valency is 1.

8) HI ( Hydrogen Iodide )

The valency of Hydrogen is 1 and the valency of Iodine is also 1.

9) H2S ( Hydrogen Sulfide )

The valency of Hydrogen is 1 and the valency of Sulfur is 2.

10) Na2S ( Sodium Sulfide )

The valency of Sodium is 1 and the valency of Sulfur is 2.

11) FeS ( Iron Sulfide )

The valency of Iron is 2 and the valency of Sulfur is also 2.

12) BaCl2 ( Barium Chloride )

The valency of Barium is 2 and the valency of Chlorine is 1.
