 {x}^{2}  +  \frac{1}{ {x}^{2} } + 2 - 2x -  \frac{2}{x}

 =  > ( {x}^{2} +  \frac{1}{ {x}^{2} }  + 2) - 2(x +  \frac{1}{x})

 =  > (x +  \frac{1}{x} )^{2}  - 2(x +  \frac{1}{x})
