from 3rd step,
=16a²+4b²+16ab-a²-b²+2ab
=15a²+3b²+15ab+3ab
=15a²+3ab+15ab+3b²
=3a(5a+b)+3b(5a+b)
=(3a+3b)(5a+b)
=3(a+b)(5a+b)
