sorry but for the first part the ans is 1 because he asked the probability of getting 1,2 or 3 so it will be 3/3 =1 previously I didn't read the question carefully. sorry

actually in 2nd part he gave more area to 1 as compare to 2,3 so here is more probability of getting 1 as result. so it is not an honest way.
