Let (5-y^2-y ) = length

Let x = breadth

Area of rectangle = length × breadth

5(y+3)(y^2-16) = 5(y^2-y-12)× x

(5y+ 15)(y^2-16) = 5(y^2-y-12) × x

5y^3-80y +15y^2-240 = 5(y^2-y-12) × x

5y^3+ 15y^2-80y-240 = 5(y^2-y-12)× x

5y^3+15y^2-80y-240/5(y^2-y-12) = x

(Y+4) = x

Hence,D is the correct option

Hope it helps you ...
