krishnasri99: thanks
30roshanrtgmailcom: well from other sources I get that light must always need to come in a perpendicular such as that of normals direction in order to go straight as a normal whereas it will always be beyond the normal way if the light goes from one medium to another in an obliged or slanting pattern
30roshanrtgmailcom: hope you are able to understand
krishnasri99: thank u very much
30roshanrtgmailcom: if you are not then you can message me and since I am little busy right now so I will discuss about it a little later
krishnasri99: yep i understood

*HEY FRIEND *

Well according to me the answer is d)...
as I told you in the comments...

Light needs to travel straight from one medium to another in order to go straight as a perpendicular.

When light bends it needs to come obliquely or slantingly in order to bend and that bending can never be till the normal. Even the diamond which has the highest refractive index doesn't bend the light so much. It is being observed and I am not sure about the substance which can bend the light so much.....

In d) option the light is bended till the normal which may be wrong...

HOPE THIS KNOWLEDGE HELPS EVERYONE WHO SEES THIS QUESTION IN THEIR DAILY LIFE .....

REGARDS.....
