hello mate..

please try to focus on the question as current and potential of battery ie missing but we can use 220v as a standard potential of a battery.

so by the formula of power dissipated

p = v^2 / r

= 220 × 220 / 5

= 9680 watt.

but it seems that whether current or potential is given as I'm getting a different but current answer according to my question..
