1. Cone and cylinder with same base radius and height...
ratio of their volumes:-
1/3πr2h:πr2h
πr2h gets cancelled as they are equal...
1/3:1
so the ratio is 1:3..
Hence option (d) is correct....

2.
Volumes of 2 cones are equal...
1/3πr2h(radius is r1):1/3πr2h(radius is r2)
r1^2h:r2^2h
ratio is r2^2/r1^2
Hence option (b) is correct...

3.
Volume of cuboid =a cm^3
{length=l
breadth=b
height=h}
New volume be
Length(l)=2l
Breadth(b)=2b
Height(h)=2h

(new)Volume=l×b×h
=2l×2b×2h
=2(l×b×h)
as l×b×h is a
the new Volume is 2(a)
=2a cm^3.
There might be a question or a printing mistake the right answer is 2a cm^3..
Please ask your teacher!
hope this helps you! cheers!!! (:

If you have the mass of the gas, you can divide the mass by the molecular weight of the gas molecules to get the number of moles. Then multiply this by 22.4 Liters / mole to get the volume. For example, if you have 96 g of O2, then you can divide by the molecular weight of O2, which is 32 g/mol, to get 3 moles.
