[10^k  + 1]^2 =  [10^k]^2  + 2[10]^k   + 1^2        here use [a+b]^2

                    = 10^2k  + 2[10]^k    +1

sum of digits in   10^2k    is     1

sum of digits in    2[10]^k   is    2  

sum of digits in     1       is   1

sum of digits in   10^2k  + 2[10]^k    +1      is   1+2+1   =  4
