books of grade 10th which i have and very understandable books are :-
>> maths = R.D.Sharma 10th class.
>> science = I bought S.Chand science books that's of physics, chemistry and biology... also i bought ncert book Golden Science in which i got the sample papers + question and answers easy to understand lessons.
>> social science= i bought the Golden Social Science book thats the easy to understand book.

Golden ncert books are easy to understandable books.. subjects such as science, social science, maths, english, hindi, sanskrit are available.. 
about the main subjects i already mentioned..
