suppose there is a king (he is taken as sun in the poem) and he do not get depressed due to financial condition as he is very rich (as say in the poem that sun never lost)

Again you/me(all normal people) taken as the water drops which wants hard work to get rich and if we do not do this so our become low in financial conditions.
