The answer is actually supposed to be 10 ohms. It is as follows:

At the first point (1.0, 0.1)

R \:  =  \:  \frac{V}{I}  \\  =  \frac{1.0}{0.1}  \\  =  \frac{10}{1} \\  = 10 \: Ohms

Similarly, at the second point (2.0, 0.2)

R \:  =  \:  \frac{V}{I}  \\  =  \frac{2.0}{0.2}  \\  =  \frac{20}{2} \\  = 10 \: Ohms

Therefore, the amount of resistance shown in this graph is 10 Ohms.
