1st point means that Locke and Jaques Roesseau put forward laws based on governing the society in terms of equality and oppertunities to all just the way india provides oppertunities to all the people irrespective of caste creed gender religion etc etc.
2nd point tell us that Locke proved the beliefs or doctrines of the members of the clergy and the rights of the kings or monarchs to be wrong
3rd point tells that these ideas of Locke were carried forward by Roesseau to propose a form of government on the basis of the connection between the people and their representatives
4th point tells that In the Spirit of laws the book published by Montesquieu told about the division of government into Legislative, Executive and Judiciary for more efficient functioning. like in india
5th these ideas of the philosophers were discussed in salons and coffee shops by the people as they need the agreement of the people r else all their effects are void and null.
