Ruskin bond
Ruskin Bond is an Indian author of British descent. He was born on 19 may , 1934 in Kasauli. But he lives with his adopted family in Landour, Mussoorie, India. He studied at Bishop Cotton School in Shimla.
The Indian Council for Child Education has recognised his role in the growth of children's literature in India.
His parents were Aubrey bond and Edith Clarke.
He worked in "The Blue Umbrella", "The black Cat" etc.
she got many awards like Padma Bhushan and Padma Shri.
