On rationalising

 \frac{2 +  \sqrt{3} }{2 -  \sqrt{3} }  \times  \frac{2 +  \sqrt{3} }{2   +  \sqrt{3} }

  \frac{ ({2 +  \sqrt{3}) }^{2}  }{4 - 3}  = \frac{4 + 3 + 4 \sqrt{3} }{1}

=> 7 +4√3

7 +4√3=> 7 + 6.93 = 13.93
