It's very simple question....
Since, we know that opposite angles of a parallelogram are equal.
=> angle A = angle C = 70° ----1)
Now,
In ∆BDC by using angle sum property ,
angle CDB + angle DBC + angle BCD = 180°
=> angle CDB + 65° + 70° = 180°
=> angle CDB = 180° - 135°
=> angle CDB = 45°
