First
y^2=28x
4a=28
a=7
By the equation of parabola
we can understand
that a is on x axis
focal point=(7,0)
Now for point p
we have y co-ordinate =14
so put y =14 in
y^2=28x
we get
x=7
Point P (7,14)
Now use distance formula
If u get stuck up further I will edit my answer
