Length of train = 0.5 km
Solution:
Total distance covered by the train shall be the length of the bridge plus length of the train itself (Check position of point B when the train enters the bridge line & when it crosses the end of bridge line).
Therefore, Total Distance covered = 1 + 0.5 = 1.5 km
Since, Speed = Total Distance covered/time
Therefore, Speed = 1.5 / (2/60)
= 45 km/hr
