From the question (x,y) ⇒ (3,4)

Then Substituting these values in the equation.

  3y = ax + 7

3(4) = a(3) + 7

  12 = 3a + 7

  3a = 12 - 7

    a = 5/3

given equation 3y=ax+7
and points (3,4)
here by the points x=3 and y=4
so put the values of x and y in the equation
3×4=3a+7
12-7=3a
5/3=a
hope it is helpful
