End velocity v= 28m/s in time t= 4sec

If accleration = f

v= u+at , 

28= 0+ a \times 4  \\ a =  \frac{28}{4} = 7 m/s^2

Accleration = 7m/sec^2

(b) If distance travelled = S

S= ut + \frac{1}{2} at^2 

 = 0 \times 4+( \frac{1}{2} ) \times 7 \times 4^2

=56 m

Distance travelled in 4 sec = 56 m

therefore s =1/2 at²

s=1/2×7×4×4

s=56 m
