I am in class 10 but cannot study much but my parents are puttng pressure on me to score more than 90% but I dont think I can. plz help I need your advice

Avoid phone and T.V still from exam.
Read more time in a day
Concentrate on your study
Don't listen any one Words
Now yours exams are coming So, Don't by heart all chapters
only Understand bit by bit questions and answer
