The correct option is (c) because The range is the difference between the last and first observation of any class interval .....

Range of data means difference between its highest value and lowest value.
Like if data is,
1,2,7,45,63,72,79,82,88,93,100
Hence Range = Highest value - Lowest value
= 100 - 1
= 99.
Hence range of a arranged data (like above example) is equal to difference between 1st and last observations.
