10) let x be the ones digit & y be the tens digit of the number
Original number = 10y + x
A/Q, x -y = 3 ..... (1)
If the digits are interchanged, the number becomes 10x +y,
Then, ( 10x + y) + ( 10y +x) = 143
11x + 11y = 143
x + y = 13 ..... (2)
Solving this pair of linear equations, we get
x + y = 13
x - y = 3
------------------
2x = 16
x = 8
y = 5
So, number can be 58 or 85
