HERE IS THE ANSWER OF YOUR QUESTION :-

_____________________________

→ Plants use carbon dioxide present in the atmosphere for the process of photosynthesis. After using carbon dioxide they release oxygen in the atmosphere.

→ Human beings inhale the oxygen exhale by plants and then after using oxygen they exhale carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.

In this way they both help each other in exchange of gases in atmosphere.
