${a}^{n} . {b}^{n} = {(ab)}^{n}$
using this relation .

$(0.000729)^{ \frac{ - 3}{4} } \times ( {0.09)}^{ \frac{ - 3}{4} } \\ = (0.09)^{4 \times ( \frac{ - 3}{4}) } \\ = (0.09) ^{ - 3}$
if use want further simplified form.. now you can do it yourself...
