[(x+2)(x-2)] / [x(x-5) - 2(x-5)] / [x(x-3) + 2(x-3)] / [x(x-5) + 2(x-5)]

[(x+2)(x-2)] / [(x-5)(x-2)] / [(x+2)(x-3)] / [(x+2)(x-5)]

(x+2)/(x-5) / (x-3)/(x-5)

(x+2)/(x-5) * (x-5)/(x-3)

(x+2)/(x-3)
