u got to your locality or neighbourhood friends.
and then mark and the questions in this way:
1.a party against whom a petition is filed,
2.adress 
3. age of the people 
4. that is there education qualifications
then u ask them do they use plastics bag or items? if yes then do the know the causes of plastic.?
and do they know how to recycling plastic

at last create a awareness programme to teach people of your locality that how plastic are harmful for everyone.

now with this information u can ask to neighbour friends(ask all this questions)
