the maximum class frequency is 30, and the class corresponding to this frequency is 36 – 48. So, the modal class is 38 - 48.

Now use the mode formula.
mode = l + \bigg( \frac{f_1-f_0}{2f_1-f_0-f_2} \bigg) \times h \\  \\ mode = 36+ \bigg( \frac{30 - 25}{2 \times 30 - 25 - 15}  \bigg) \times 12 \\  \\ mode = 36+ \bigg( \frac{5}{20}  \bigg) \times 12 \\  \\ mode = 36+3 \\  \\ mode = 39
