Answer :

i) rational number between 2 and 4

3 comes between 2 and 4.

therefore , 3 is a rational number between 2 and 4.

ii) rational number between \frac{1}{4} and\: \frac{-3}{4}

numbers between 1 and -3 are -1,-2

therefore ,

rational number between \frac{1}{4} and\: \frac{-3}{4}

= \frac{-1}{4} , \frac{-2}{4}
