73 is the 2 digit number

8(x+y)-7=10x+y

-2x+7y=7 ......eqn1

18(x-y)+1=10x+y

8x-19y= -1 .....eqn2

solving eqn 1 and 2

y=3

x=7

number=10×7+3=73
