1.May be if harvested grains are exposed to moisture they will germinites and are not able to eat and becomes spoiled of over exposed to moisture.

3.To recycle it and to reuse them

4.Burning can cause pollution.Rather than burning if we those as such they will decomposed by bacteria and becomes good biofertilizer to another plant and soil.Thank u I know this only
