Because the perimeter of the square is 100cm. Therefore, the sides of the square will be 100/4=25cm.
Then, the area of the square will be 25x25=625cm.
Because the height of the parallelogram is 15cm. To calculate the base, it will be 625/15=41/2/3cm

Hope this can help u.

Given, perimeter of square is 100m

We will first of all take out its side.

We know that side of a square = Perimeter/4

Hence side = 100/4 = 25.

Given,

Area of square = Area of parallelogram

We know that area of square
= side× side = 25 × 25
Area of parallelogram = base × height.

=base × 15

So the equation is,

25 × 25 = base × 15

=> base =
 \frac{25 \times 25}{15}  \\  =  >  \frac{625}{15}  \\  =  >  \frac{125}{3}
So the base of the parallelogram is 125/3 = 41.66 m long (approx)

Hope it helps dear friend ☺️✌️
