Angular Velocity = Position Angle / Time
Position angle after 1 minute = 360° = 2π radians.
Time = 1 minute = 60 seconds
=> Angular Velocity = 2π / 60 seconds
=> Angular Velocity = π / 30 radians per second.
=> Angular Velocity = 180° / 30 = 60° per second
