Here on the left side of the table you might have seen two words "kingdom" and "his majesty" but there is no use of such words on the right side...it means earlier the power belongs to Prince or emperor there on the similar lines as we see Queen Elizabeth in UK. On the other side it is mentioned "pursuant to this Constitution" means Constitution is supreme so the power belongs to the parliament as it is no more a kingdom...Hope i might be correct and you might get the answer...
