yes it is possible because silver is very un reactive metal and don't react with sulphate to displace copper

Yes..
We can easily store copper sulphate solution in vessel made of silver as copper is more reactive than silver. So silver cannot displace copper from the copper sulphate solution and hence any reaction will not take place..
