HERE IZ UR ANSWER.
CGPA is Cumulative Grade Point Average is the way to calculate marks.It is used under CCE pattern but under new CBSE pattern in CBSE schools, marks are calculated by percentage system only.
To convert CGPA into percentage,
Multiply the CGPA with 9.5,you will get % marks.
As in your case CGPA is 9.5
So multiply it with 9.5
9.5*9.5 = 90.25%
