Solution:

6+{4/3 +[3/4-1/3]}

Start opening from innermost bracket .

= 6+{4/3 + [(9-4)/12]}

= 6+{4/3 + 5/12}

= 6+ { (16+5)/12}

=6 + 21/12

= 6 + 7/4

= (24+7)/4

= 31/4

Therefore,

6+{4/3 +[3/4-1/3]} = 31/4
