First to find the measure of PR we need to use the Pythagoras theorem:
(PQ)^2 + (QR)^2 = (PR)^2
4^2 + 3^2 = (PR)^2
16 + 9 = PR^2
25=PR^2
PR = 5m
By HERON'S FORMULA
Semi-perimeter = a + b + c/2
4 + 3 + 5/2
12/2 = 6m (look at the figure to find the area)
THEN QS is half of PR, so it is 3m
(PQ)^2 + (QR)^2 = (PR)^2
4^2 + 3^2 = (PR)^2
16 + 9 = PR^2
25=PR^2
PR = 5m
By HERON'S FORMULA
Semi-perimeter = a + b + c/2

THEN QS is half of PR, so it is 3m
