momentum : it is a vector quantity, measured as a product of mass and velocity.
given,
m= 20 kg
initial velocity u = 36 km/h =36*5/18 = 10 m/s
final velocity v =54km/h = 54*5/18 = 15 m/s
t = 25s
initial momentum = m*v = mass* intial velocity
= 20*10
=200 kg m/s
final momentum = m*v = mass* final velocity
= 20*15
= 300 kg m/s
force = mass * acceleration 
acceleration = final velocity - intial velocity /time
a = 15 -10 /25
a =5/25
a =0.2m/s
F = 20 * 0.2
f = 4 N
